Tasting Notes: Ruby red and intensely aromatic, this 100% Graciano bursts with black fruit, baking spice, prunes, and dark chocolate, rounded out by toffee and dried dates. The palate is bold and dense, packed with ripe tannins and balanced by a smooth, concentrated structure. Expect a long, layered finish full of spice and dark fruit. Best enjoyed with grilled meats, aged cheeses, or anything slow-cooked and full of flavor.
