Shipping policy

At this time, we only sell to customers in California.

Please note that Adult Signature is required, so you or another adult (21+) must be present at the address on the day of delivery. FedEx will make 3 total attempts to deliver, and if undeliverable, Marchand will hold the client responsible for both the original delivery fee and the return fee. Note that you can request FedEx bring your shipment to a tended access point where you can pick it up during business hours. If you are at work during the day, we would advice shipping to your place of work.

Our default shipping options utilize Fedex Ground shipping. Fedex Ground shipping is expected (not guaranteed) to reach all areas of CA within 2 business days. For this reason, all orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

We advise waiting to order wines during excessive heat or cold temperature waves. Excessive heat (or cold) can affect wine in the bottle, push corks, break capsules, cause seepage, and more. We are not responsible for temperature damage.

We ship in insulated 3, 6, and 12 pack shippers, and advise you to order in multiples of these numbers to get the best shipping rate per bottle.
