Refund policy

Per California State Law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is unfit for consumption. 

Our aim is to ensure that you receive great wines from us, and for this reason we only purchase wines with excellent provenance, store all our wines in temperature controlled storage, and ship them with insulated shippers. Despite these and other efforts to ensure quality, wines are occasionally unpredictable, and our wines are all sold as is. 

While we will fulfill your order once it is received, we advise waiting to order wines during excessive heat or cold temperature waves. Excessive heat (or cold) can affect wine in the bottle, push corks, break capsules, cause seepage, and more. We are not responsible for temperature damage.

If a bottle is received broken, a claim must be filed with the shipper. We insure all orders with a value greater than $100 at no extra cost to the customer so that we can offer a full refund for broken bottles.
