This Sauvignon Blanc-Sémillon blend from Dominique Hébrard, the former co-owner of Cheval Blanc, is everything a crowd-pleasing white should be: bright, generous and made for sharing.

Tasting Notes: This Bordeaux Blanc is a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon, with 75% vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel for freshness and 25% aged in oak barrel for added richness and body. The result is a white wine that's bright and crisp while holding enough substance to pair with food. Serve between 10 and 12°C.

About the Estate: Château Trianon dates to the 17th century, when one of Louis XIV's intendants selected this terroir for vine growing. Named in honor of the Palace of Versailles, the estate was acquired by Dominique Hébrard, legendary winemaker and former co-owner of Cheval Blanc, who has dedicated his efforts to maximizing its potential. The estate holds High Environmental Value certification at Level 3.
