Tasting Notes: This bright, mineral-driven blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier opens with delicate white peach on the nose and just a hint of floral lift. The palate is dry and refreshing, balancing subtle aromatics with a crisp, stony core. Light in body but full of character, it finishes clean with a whisper of citrus and soft minerality. A perfect match for fresh greens, mozzarella, or a briny shellfish platter.
