This bottle deserves a table filled with duck fat potatoes, glazed pork, and someone who appreciates a wine that doesn’t hold back. It’s fragrant, a little exotic, and built to impress without showing off.
Tasting Notes: This 85% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre co-ferment delivers a bold and aromatic expression, packed with juicy red berries, orange zest, red rooibos tea, and a touch of Szechuan pepper. The Mourvèdre lends structure and grip while Grenache brings softness and lush fruit, creating a beautifully balanced wine with both energy and depth. Rich and distinctive, it pairs effortlessly with chicken, duck, turkey, pork, or veal, especially when there’s a little spice on the plate.
Varietals: 85% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre
