This Cotes de Nuits Villages Pinot Noir is Burgundy at its best. Earthy, elegant, and quietly powerful, this naturally made Burgundy Pinot has just the right mix of red berries, spice, and old-world soul. Pour it with roast chicken, mushroom risotto, or deep conversation.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red with bright glints and a garnet rim, this wine opens with aromas of red berries and a hint of blackcurrant. On the palate, it’s powerful and structured, with layers of spice, a touch of vanilla from oak aging, and a lasting, elegant finish. Made from hand-harvested grapes, naturally fermented without added yeast or temperature control, and aged for 18 months in fine French oak, this is a refined and expressive Burgundy that balances richness with finesse.

Varietals: 100% Pinot Noir

About the Estate: Maison Saint Vivant is a special project from Antoine Gille, with very limited production. In 1851, it was written that the Gille family had already been present in Comblanchien since 1570. Antoine's grandfather built the estate that exists today. His parents dramatically expanded the vineyards, and now Antoine and his family have taken over. The Gille family philosophy is that winemaking is not a job, but a passion guided by tradition and innovation. The Gille family places a special reverence to their vineyards - No hazardous materials are used in cultivation and no products used in excess. Their goal is to preserve the myriad of yeasts on the berries, which guarantees the expression of the different climates through natural fermentation & little to no human intervention.
