Tasting Notes: Golden yellow in the glass with a fine and abundant mousse, this Champagne opens with delicate aromas of flowers and orchard fruit. On the palate, it's structured and rich, with notes of ripe plum, blackberry, and a smoky undertone. Layers of charred toast, golden raisin, and roasted nuts unfold over a creamy texture. The finish is long, dry, and elegant, with less than 6g/L dosage, making it a perfect choice for refined palates and celebratory meals.

About the Estate: The Sacy family has lived at their estate in Verzy since 1633. As a worthy heir of thirteen generations, Alain Sacy and his children Yael and Jonathan cultivate 20 hectares (75 acres) of grapes and produce Champagne in Grand Cru plots carefully selected throughout Champagne’s greatest vineyards. The land is composed of chalky sub-soil which is unique to the Champagne region. the vineyards are farmed organically, and are HVE3 and VDC certified.
