This is the bottle to chill for those spontaneous summer dinners. Grilled shrimp, salty cheeses, and friends who text “meet outside in 10?” It pairs as easily with conversation as it does with seafood.

Tasting Notes: Pale gold with a subtle green hue, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of candied lemon, white flowers, and grapefruit, lifted by a faint mineral edge. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with citrus tones of lemongrass and yuzu layered over a round, textured base. Lees aging brings depth and softness, while the finish is vibrant and persistent. A beautifully balanced wine with both energy and elegance, ideal as an aperitif or paired with ceviche, shellfish, white meats, or firm cheeses.

About the Winery: After close to 40 years of importing and distributing wines in the US and having looked at what people really enjoy, it became clear to Guy that there was a void for style, and most times quality, in the generic varietal category. Why was it not possible to deliver a wine that would duly represent it’s top peers: a Chardonnay that tastes like a classy Cote de Beaune, or a Sauvignon Blanc that hints at a Sancerre. More importantly, where were the styles that integrate origin and purpose? The desire to over deliver, surpass expectations and fully satisfy the person who is discovering the wine for the first time? This is a labor of love, and sharing this passion with others was the driving force behind the project.
