Tasting Notes: Smooth, fruit-forward, and endlessly versatile. It opens with ripe aromas of plum, blackberry, and a little touch of smoke. On the palate, you’ll get jammy black fruits, hints of spice, and a velvety texture that lingers on the finish. It’s light enough to enjoy with fish or white meats but holds its own with charcuterie and even soft cheeses. Try it slightly chilled to highlight its finesse, or let it warm to room temperature to bring out its round, generous side. However you serve it, this wine brings warmth and charm to every glass.

About the Winery: After close to 40 years of importing and distributing wines in the US and having looked at what people really enjoy, it became clear to Guy that there was a void for style, and most times quality, in the generic varietal category. Why was it not possible to deliver a wine that would duly represent it’s top peers: a Chardonnay that tastes like a classy Cote de Beaune, or a Sauvignon Blanc that hints at a Sancerre. More importantly, where were the styles that integrate origin and purpose? The desire to over deliver, surpass expectations and fully satisfy the person who is discovering the wine for the first time? This is a labor of love, and sharing this passion with others was the driving force behind the project.
