A glass of this Semillon-led Graves white feels like finding shade under a lemon tree with a bowl of ripe peaches in your lap. Its texture, freshness, and touch of tropical perfume make it perfect for a seafood spread on the patio or a cheese board at golden hour.

Tasting Notes: This expressive white blend opens with aromas of vine flower, ripe yellow apple, melon, and white peach, all layered over a subtle honeyed note from the Semillon. Sauvignon Blanc brings lively citrus, lemon, tangerine, and green apple, while Sauvignon Gris adds a fragrant lift of pink grapefruit. The palate is fresh and rounded, with a lovely balance of richness and brightness. Enjoy it with seafood, white meats, or aged goat and sheep cheeses.

Varietals: 50% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris

About the Estate : The lands of the Château de Cérons were split in two following the construction of the National Highway linking Bordeaux to Spain, nearly 200 years ago, splitting the Chateau de Cerons into two vineyards. The vineyard is owned and managed by Giorgio Cavanna, an Italian from Tuscany with family roots in winemaking, and one of the greatest names in oenology, Patrick Léon. Their long association and friendship helps them dedicate their full attention to this Graves terroir.
