Intense and very dark red color, with a very ripe, rich and complex nose with notes of red fruit, blackcurrant, black cherry, finely spicy. This wine strikes above all by the quality of its voluminous and silky tannins. It possesses a perfect balance with tannins of great volume but at the same time delicacy which give it remarkable finesse. Although very structured, this wine marks above all by its elegance without ever being heavy. The great terroir of Graves is evident in the wine's finish. Ideal with tasty red meats such as lamb, duck breast, game, more than the classic prime rib, with the predilection for dishes made from raw materials of very high quality.
