Tasting Notes: Tour du Diable 2020 is a striking blend of Syrah and Serine from old hillside vines, aged 16 months in oak. The nose is refined and layered, opening with ripe fruit and subtle notes of noble wood. On the palate, the wine is supple and textured, with silky tannins and a deep, harmonious structure. The finish is long and aromatic, unfolding with grace and precision. Powerful yet elegant, it pairs beautifully with rich dishes like fillet of beef Rossini, sweetbreads, or Iberian pork, and has the presence to elevate even the most ambitious menus.
