Tasting Notes: An 80% Merlot-led blend with 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this Bordeaux Rouge is packed with ripe, dense fruit and soft tannins that give the wine structure without heaviness. Aged 9 months in 100% oak barrels, vinification occurs by parcel in upturned truncated tanks with gentle extraction. A High Environmental Value certified estate. Excellent with roast meats, charcuterie or aged cheese.

About the Estate: Château Trianon dates to the 17th century, when one of Louis XIV's intendants selected this terroir for vine growing. Named in honor of the Palace of Versailles, the estate was acquired by Dominique Hébrard, legendary winemaker and former co-owner of Cheval Blanc, who has dedicated his efforts to maximizing its potential. The estate holds High Environmental Value certification at Level 3.
