Pour this when you're hosting that early-summer garden dinner and want a wine that looks as good in the glass as the flowers on the table. It’s crisp, pale, and Provence in spirit... basically a good mood in a bottle.
Tasting Notes: Delicate and refreshing, this Provence rosé offers bright notes of wild strawberry, citrus zest, and white flowers, supported by a subtle herbal edge and a dry, mineral finish. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with a soft texture and just enough roundness to keep things elegant and easy. It’s a perfect match for seafood, summer salads, or casual meet-ups with friends on Saturday afternoons.
Composition: 60% Grenache 20% Cinsault 10% Tibouren 10% Syrah
About the Estate: In the 19th century, Trianon was a country retreat surrounded by meadows and vines. Until 1952, less than 10 acres of vines were used to make wine. This was subsequently increased to 6.5 hectares (16 acres). Legendary winemaker & ex-owner of Cheval Blanc Dominique Herbrard purchased the estate and has dedicated his efforts to maximizing it’s potential.
