Winemaking and Vinification
The vineyard is certified HVE 3 (high environmental value). Using traditional methods, vinification occurs in temperature- controlled, stainless-steel vats.
History
In the 19th century, Trianon was a country retreat surrounded by meadows and vines. Until 1952, less than 10 acres of vines were used to make wine. This was subsequently increased to 6.5 hectares (16 acres). Legendary winemaker & ex-owner of Cheval Blanc Dominique Herbrard purchased the estate and has dedicated his efforts to maximizing it’s potential.
