Tasting Notes: Unfiltered and unapologetically cloudy, this Merlot rosé is a pure expression of minimal-intervention winemaking. On the palate, it delivers a tangy burst of red fruit wrapped in gentle roundness, with a soft pearly texture that protects the wine and keeps its natural haze intact. Hand-harvested and organically grown on clay-limestone soils, this tiny-production rosé is bright, raw, and full of energy a joyful little strawberry bomb that tastes as alive as it looks.

About the Estate: Magdeleine Bouhou is just east of the town of Blaye and this proximity to the Gironde estuary plays an important role in how the vines thrive here. Directly across the estuary from Pauillac, the right bank brings thermal regulation to the surrounding land, helping to prevent freezing and ventilating the vines. The Chateau has a strong focus on sustainable vineyard management.
