Tasting Notes: A dry white wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this “Blanc de Noir” shows a delicate, barely-there tint that hints at its red grape origins. The nose offers fresh citrus and peach notes, while the palate is balanced between lively acidity and soft roundness. Grown on clay-limestone soils, organically farmed and gently pressed to minimize color, this offbeat expression is as clean as it is curious. Bright, elegant, and refreshingly outside the box.

About the Estate: Magdeleine Bouhou is just east of the town of Blaye and this proximity to the Gironde estuary plays an important role in how the vines thrive here.
