Estate Overview: Château Léoville Las Cases is one of the oldest and most esteemed estates in the Médoc region, located in the Saint-Julien appellation of Bordeaux. Formed from the original Léoville estate in the 19th century, it encompasses the "Grand Clos," a walled vineyard adjacent to Château Latour in Pauillac. The estate's 97 hectares are planted with a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Owned by the Delon family since the mid-20th century, Léoville Las Cases is renowned for producing wines of exceptional structure and longevity, often considered on par with First Growths.
