This is the bottle you open when your friends bring over a block of Manchego, a pile of cured meats, and no plan beyond hanging out. It’s got fruit, spice, and just enough attitude to keep up with the group chat in real life.

Tasting Notes: A medium-intensity garnet in the glass, this Reserva opens with ripe aromas of red and black cherries, dried prunes, and a hint of fruit compote layered with leather and tobacco leaf. Aged for 24 months in a mix of French and American oak and at least 18 months in bottle, it offers silky tannins, a touch of spice, and a crisp vanilla finish. Toasted oak and fresh acidity round out the palate, making it a perfect pairing for spicy dishes, charcuterie, pasta, and risotto.

Varietals: 80% Tempranillo, 10% Grenache, 10% Graciano

About the Winery: The history of the Manzanos is the story of a family, their effort, their perseverance and their know-how. The Fernández de Manzanos have been cultivating vineyards and producing wines for more than a century, since 1890. Berceo is cultivated at Bodegas Manzanos Haro, the oldest winery in the city, dating back to 1801.
