On the palate the entry is warm and broad, with bright flavors of fresh cherries and a hint of tender raspberries. The surprisingly dense and powerful midpalate combines structural tannins with a touch of slightly smokey caramel. The wine finishes with a lasting impression of baked cherries and a touch of toasty vanilla.
